Andy has been developing young individuals in the game baseball for 13 years. Within that time he has been an Arizona Little League Coach for 7 years and was named All-Star Coach twice. Andy was also one of the 3 founding members that created the Arizona Prowlers travel baseball organization in 2007. Along with his organizational leadership with the Arizona Prowlers, Andy served as a team coach.
Andy enjoys his job as the National Sales Manager for Progressive Roofing which has helped him develop the organizational management skills needed to oversee the Prowlers. Andy also has a wife Heather, daughter Samantha and a son Sean (who plays for the Prowlers).
The Prowlers Baseball philosophy of focusing on attention to detail, physical and mental strength, accountability and being a true team player starts with the management of the organization. As managers and coaches, we strive to help each one of our players attain their full potential.
